Step 1: Exfoliate your lips to remove dead cells and make the lips smooth, (using a lip scrub).
Step 2: Using a lip liner, line the edges of your lips as this will prevent you from going over your lip line while applying the Liquid lipstick.
Step 3: Apply your liquid lipstick to the bottom and top of your lip simultaneously starting from the center of your lips apply (not the edges).
Step 4: Press your top and bottom lips together to transfer some of the colors.
Step 5: For more intense pigment, apply the second coat of liquid lipstick.
Step 6: Use a concealer and clean up messy edges.
