Return and Exchange Policy

As client’s gratification is imperative to us so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. If you are discontent with the product, purchased online at Mluxe Beauty due to any reason, you have the luxury of returning or exchanging the product. We accept product returns if our products were bought online at Mluxe.com with shipping cost provided by the client and a complete money-back guarantee. However, the shipping charges are not refundable. All the item(s) purchased should be in their original and respective packaging. Any alteration to the original product(s) including emptying and refilling will make the product ineligible for a refund or exchange. Please note Mluxe is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery.
This policy is only applicable if the request for a refund or exchange is placed within 30 days of the confirmation of the order. As the feedback of our customers is an asset in the building of our brand, we would be grateful if you could state the reason for the refund so that we can keep up with the endeavor of provision of the best experience to you and our future customers. If a product worth equal to or greater than $100 is misplaced or stolen, you are requested to report it to the police.
The return, refund, and exchange policy are not applicable on any product purchased from the sale including Limited Edition collection, Holiday, Sets, Bundles, Promotional Sales, Site Wide Sales, etc.
Although we try to make sure that the quality of products reaching our customers is not compromised by any means, mistakes can happen so if any damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered, you are requested to notify our customer service within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you further in exchanging the product. You should keep the package secure until you are contacted for further proceeding.
The products of MLUXE Beauty that are purchased from other retailers are not eligible to be returned to Mluxe.com so you should communicate with the retailer directly.
