All orders are processed within weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. The estimated delivery time will guide you about the tentative date of receiving your order however the delivery time may vary during limited time offers and due to unforeseen circumstances including weather calamities and closure of USPS & FEDEX seeing offices and plants due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Important Note regarding International Orders:
The international orders are subjected to additional taxes and customs duties according to the duty rates of each destination country. The estimated duty charges for your country will be notified when you will check out and select your country and shipping method. Note that you are responsible for paying the added tariff to receive your order from us and no amount will be reimbursed by MLUXE BEAUTY. Although the orders are dispatched as scheduled, there might be a delay in the arrival time due to insufficient air transport and government restrictions. MLUXE BEAUTY is not accountable for the delay or damage or misplacement of the shipment after the package has departed from the United States.
Order Tracking:
The order can be tracked through the tracking link attached along with the shipment details in the email sent when the package is shipped. Tracking information might take 24-48 hours to update. If your destination is overseas and has chosen USPS as your shipping method, remember that your order cannot be tracked beyond the territory of the U.S and may indicate a delivered status at that time.
